The Good Life Eatery

Home / Visit / The Good Life Eatery

The Good Life Eatery is at number 1, the first door on the High Street at the Wellington Place end, by the church gardens. Yasmine Larizadeh and Shirin Kouros started the business in 2013, inspired by the café culture they knew from Los Angeles and New York, with the aim of making it easier to eat well every day.

The menu runs all day. Breakfast covers acai bowls and smoothie bowls, and lunch is salads, warm bowls and wraps made with seasonal British produce. The cold-pressed juices and smoothies are made in house, and there is a counter of snacks and sweet things for later.

A lot of the menu is gluten free, dairy free or meat free, so it is a good choice when you are eating with people who have different needs.

It is walk-in only. You can eat in, take away or order delivery, which makes it a quick lunch for people working nearby and an easy stop after a class at 1Rebel or a walk in the park.

Opening hours vary through the year, so check the website before you visit.
