Savills St John's Wood and Regent's Park is at 15 St John's Wood High Street. Savills was founded in 1855 and is one of the best-known estate agents in the UK, with more than 130 offices around the country and 37 in London. The St John's Wood office opened in 2011.

The team handles residential sales and lettings across St John's Wood, Regent's Park and the streets around them, from flats in mansion blocks to family houses. It also offers valuations, property management and advice on investment, and works with Savills' mortgage and finance specialists.
