Les 100 Ciels

Les 100 Ciels means the hundred skies. It is a cashmere brand, and cashmere sits at the centre of every collection, from the jumpers and cardigans it is best known for to dresses, coats and outerwear. The St John's Wood shop is at number 27, one of its London stores alongside Knightsbridge and South Molton Street, with a shop in Abu Dhabi too.

The look is simple and made to last: classic shapes in soft colours with small details that bring them up to date. There are pieces for women, men and children, so it is a good place to buy a present as well as something for yourself. Alongside the cashmere there are seasonal pieces in silk, linen and wool.

The brand says each collection is made ethically and with attention to craft, and the team in store can tell you more about the yarns and how to look after them.

It sits in the middle of the High Street, near Rigby & Peller and Soveral and a short walk from ba&sh and Joseph, so it fits into a morning of shopping on the street.
